Last week, the Year 4 students participated in the final Spelling Bee of the 2016-17 academic year. Words in the early rounds were selected from Term 2 spelling lists, and the final rounds were drawn from a series of international spelling programs. Five students from each Year 4 class qualified for the finals, and after some tense moments where students displayed some truly amazing spelling skills, Abdullah from 4M placed third, Sara from 4M finished second, and Caitlin from 4T claimed top spot. Well done to all who competed!
