What a successful International Day!  AAESS would like to thank all the families who came to support their children and the school.

So many countries were represented with displays of beautiful souvenirs, artwork, and mouthwatering food generously brought in by the parents.  Some parents even got in on the action by helping out at the stalls to serve the throngs of people.

To add to the jovial atmosphere, students participated in a fashion show as well as cultural dances.  For the performances, students choreographed traditional dances that showcased the uniqueness of their native countries.  The crowd was full of enthusiastic parents videoing and cheering on each show.

Principal Andrew Thomas commented, “We are so fortunate to have a diverse, multi-cultural student population.  Because of them, our International Day is one of the best around.   Of course, this could not have been successful without the unwavering support of the parents.”
