Mrs McCauley welcomed the packed hall to “AESSS Has Got Talent” but little did we know what wonderful talented students we were about to watch!

From Drums to Ukeleles to Violins, from to Piano to Dancing, from to Singing to Tap Dancing, this Talent Show had everything.

Before the contestants came on to perform, we welcomed our judges for the afternoon: Deputy Head of Primary, Mr Ebbinkhuysen, Head Boy & Girl, Elliot Sommerville & Elisa Eichacker, Head of Art, Mrs Cash and AAESS Principal, Mr Thomas.

Principal Mr Thomas said, “This was an absolute joy and delight to be a part of.  The judging was so difficult as AAESS has so much talent! All the students that took part today are winners in my eyes.  To get on stage in front of a crowd is not easy at this age, and then to perform at the standard that they did takes nerves of steel!  Well done to all of you”.

1st Instrument: Caylan (Violin)

2nd Overall: Keon  (Dance)

3rd Overall: Jacob (Violin)
