Principal Represents AAESS at BETT
Principal Andrew Thomas represented AAESS at the prestigious BETT in the Middle East conference today.
Giving a half hour work shop (the longest session of the conference), Andrew explained to an auditorium of teachers, lecturers and advisers, on how to digitize a learning environment.
Andrew has much experience in this field from work in his previous school and country.
Andrew said, “What an honour to have been selected and to fly the flag for AAESS. I believe I was the only Principal given this opportunity over the 2 day conference. This has been a joy to share my experiences and practice, but I haven’t finished yet and I practice what I preach: we have some great projects at AAESS that involve creating new digital learning environments. I was in school this week during the holiday surveying the work that is undergoing to provide these new learning spaces for August 2016. It is really exciting and myself and the Chairman are working hard to bring something very exciting and fresh to AAESS. Watch this space!”
BETT even tweeted Andrew in Action!
