During the past several weeks, students in Year 4 have been examining life in Victorian Britain. They learned about topics ranging from the life of Queen Victoria to the differences between Victorian and modern schools. To mark the end of the unit students and teachers took part in an afternoon tea last Thursday. Some students even came to school dressed in the latest Victorian fashions! English Tea, biscuits and cucumber sandwiches were on the menu, with good manners and proper tea-time etiquette on full display!
