Ram has welcomed us in the morning for 7 years, with a warm smile or a hi-5.  He has kept us safe and he has been a valuable member of our team that will be hugely missed by so many.  We wish Ram and his family well as he heads back to Nepal, where he and his wife are expecting a child.  Ram leaves is mark on our wall, but also in our hearts
