Letter From Head of Primary RE: Ramadan Arrangements

RE: Ramadan
Dear Parents,
As of Sunday 5th June Al Ain English Speaking School will start at 8:00am and close at 12:30pm for Ramadan. The school will continue to deliver the curriculum as usual.
Please note:
- The school gates will open at 7:40am.
- There will be No ECA’s.
- There will be No After School Care.
- The canteen will be closed.
It is important that adequate arrangements are put in place to ensure that your child/children are safely picked up at 12:30pm. Please note that there will be no staff on the premises after 1pm.
If your child is fasting and therefore exempt from PE lessons please inform his/her teacher in the home/school communication book.
