Dear parents/guardians of Year 12 students who are taking the Arabic and Islamic MOE exam,

We would like to confirm that the Arabic & Islamic Unified Exams for Year 12 this academic year 2015/2016 will be on the following dates:

Islamic studies (1& 2):  Sunday 8/5/2016

Arabic Language (1 & 2):  Sunday 15/5/2016

The exams will start at 9.00 am and will last for 90 minutes for each subject.

The exam centres are:

Emirates Falcon International School: (Male students – Native Arabic Speakers) – (Arabic 1 & Islamic 1)

Al Choueifat School: (Male Students – NON Native Arabic speakers) – (Arabic 2 & Islamic 2)

Al Madar International School: (Female students – Native Arabic Speakers) – (Arabic 1 & Islamic 1)

The Gulf International Private Academy School: (Female Students – NON Native Arabic speakers) – (Arabic 2 & Islamic 2)

Notice:

The seating card (بطاقة الجلوس) for your child should be collected from the registration department.

The card is required to be used to enter the exam.

Student Responsibilities:

Arrive at the exam centres at 8:30am (30 minutes before the exam starts)

Fill in required data (name- class – eSIS number- YOUR School name) clearly on the upper corner of the cover in Arabic.

Use blue pen only.

The students must come to the exam hall wearing school uniform, otherwise they will not be allowed to enter the exam.

Students must bring their Emirates ID to prove attendance at the exam.
