AAESS is proud to be a part of the ‘Adopt a Nation’ program for the Special Olympics in Abu Dhabi this year. Our adopted nation of Bolivia sent 7 delegates and liaisons to represent their country at our school yesterday. Students had a rare privilege to interact and work with these disciplined athletes.

Some lucky Year 6 students were able to watch the rhythmic gymnastics team’s routines. Afterwards, the students split into groups to practice the dances and perform for their peers.  They even had a chance to shoot some hoops to relax before lunch.
