Final Reminder

School fees & registration for

the Academic Year 2016/2017

To reserve a place for your child/children for the next academic year 2016/17, you need to apply the following:

• All outstanding payments have been paid for this academic year 2015/2016.
• Submit a non-refundable deposit of (AED 1000) per child to the accounts office by Thursday 26th May 2016. The (AED 1000) will be deducted from the 1st Term fees 2016/2017.
• Deposits will not be accepted for the next academic year unless all outstanding payments have been paid for this academic year 2015/2016.
• Deposits will not be refunded if your child/ children do not start the new academic year 2016/2017.
• Parents who do not pay the deposit will not be given an invoice for the new academic year and a seat will not be guaranteed.
• Please be advised that cheques payable to ‘AAESS’ are no longer accepted by the bank therefore please make all cheques payable to ‘Al Ain English Speaking School’.
• The 1st term school fees for the academic year 2016/2017 should be paid before the start of term 1.
• Please collect a leaver’s form from the registration office if your child/children will definitely not be returning to AAESS for next academic year 2016/2017 by 30th May 2016
