During this week’s Duke of Edinburgh International Award practice session, Mr. Human gave a short presentation about cooking and shared his own personal experiences. We learnt and compared the energy (kJ) in different kinds of foods. Then we got into groups and planned the different foods, and snacks we were to take for the expedition. Next week we will be cooking after school in front of the PE hall.
